20種類のパターンで最低限の意思疎通ができます(中学校レベルの単語でOK)
英語と言うのはとてもシンプルな言語です。
英文って実は下の表のようにとても単純な構造となっています。
動詞があり、その後に句や節が続き、その句や節が階層的に続いていきます。
その階層構造を形成するために関係詞等があります。(詳しくは今後)
と言うことでまずはここから
まずはこの20個のパターンを暗記しましょう。
少し詳しく見てみます。この20パターンを暗記し、単語を入れ替て表現を増やすことで様々なシーンに対応できます。
※その単語も難しいものは必要なく、中学～高校前半レベルで十分です。
1.動詞だけ。(目的語とか補語が無い)
A cat appeared. 動詞:appear
She smiled. 動詞:smile
I am living in London. 動詞:be + living
She has left for London. 動詞: has + left
2.動詞+副詞句/前置詞句
Sit down. 動詞: sit 副詞句: down
He is going to bed. 動詞: be going 前置詞句: to bed
3.動詞+名詞句
He kicked the ball. 動詞: kick 名詞句: the ball
She sings a song. 動詞: sing 名詞句: a song
4.動詞+名詞句+副詞/前置詞句
I wll drive you home. 動詞: drive 名詞句:you 副詞句:home
Tom kicked the ball into the net. 動詞: kick 名詞句: ball 前置詞句: in to the net.
6.動詞+形容詞
Her voice sounds good. 動詞: sound 形容詞: good
7.動詞+名詞句
Tom became a teacher. 動詞: become 名詞句: a teacher
8.動詞+名詞句+形容詞
Tom considers himself lucky. 動詞:consider 名詞句: himself 形容詞: lucky
9.動詞+名詞句+名詞句
They elected Tom a mayor. 動詞: elect 名詞句: Tom 名詞句: mayor.
10.動詞+that節
She said that she would quit a job. 動詞:say 節:she will quit a job
11.動詞+名詞句+that節
Can you remind me that I need to buy some milk. 動詞:remind 名詞句:me 節: I need to buy some milk
They told up that they're not comming. 動詞:tell 名詞句: us 節: they're not comming
12.動詞+wh節
I wonder what her name is. 動詞:wonder 節: what her name is
13.動詞+名詞句+wh節
Can you remind me that I need to buy some milk.
動詞:remind 名詞句:me 節: I need to buy some milk
They told up that they're not comming. 動詞:tell 名詞句: us 節: they're not comming
14.動詞+to不定詞
I want to leave now. 動詞:want to 不定詞: to leave
15.動詞+名詞句+to不定詞
I want him to go with me. 動詞:want 名詞句:him to不定詞: to go
16.動詞+名詞句+to無し不定詞
Do you hear the phone ring? 動詞:hear 名詞句:the phone to無し不定詞: ring
17.動詞+ing句
She never stop talking. 動詞:stop ing 句: talking
18.動詞+名詞句+ing句
His comments set me thinking. 動詞: set 名詞句:me ing句: thnking
19.動詞+被伝達文
She said 'It is snowing'. 動詞: say 被伝達文: it is snowing.
20.動詞+名詞句+被伝達文
She told him 'It is snowing' 動詞:tell 名詞句:him 被伝達文: it is snowing.
